The Skylark is shown in a 1930 photograph parked in front of the original Wichita Municipal Airport hangar, which burned in 1946. The museum possesses almost all of the principal pieces of this specific aircraft, which would allow for a complete restoration. We have the wings, ailerons, vertical fin with the Watkins Skylark logo still on the fabric, rudder, elevators, struts and several spars.
